Arbitrum: Zero-knowledge proofs will be implemented through Stylus MultiVM

Arbitrum announced that it will achieve zero-knowledge proof through Stylus MultiVM. In addition, the compiled ZKP verification program can run in WASM and is fully compatible with EVM.
