Aptos Launches New Digital Asset Standard DA

Aptos announced the launch of a new Aptos Digital Asset (DA) standard to address the limitations of ERC-721, SPL, TokenV1 and other standards. Aptos stated that DA focuses specifically on NFTs in the Aptos blockchain, providing flexibility and programmability using the Move object model. DA introduces enhanced features to enable seamless airdrops, token soul binding, enhanced performance, and more efficient on-chain data management.
