China’s Foreign Minister Met With Tesla CEO Elon Musk in Beijing

China's Foreign Minister met with Tesla CEO Elon Musk in Beijing to stress the significance of foreign companies in China during times of strained US-China relations.

The President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, Michael Hart, highlighted the crucial role of businesses in maintaining trade and discussions between the two countries.

Despite a slower GDP growth in China, American brands have become everyday items in the country, benefiting US businesses. Hart also emphasized the value of education and work exchanges between the US and China in providing a more diverse perspective for both nations.

Additionally, Hart emphasized the need for wider national attention in the US to commerce with China, and greater efforts to safeguard American technology and intellectual property.
