Amber Group wallet address allegedly withdrew 1.08 million SAFE from CEX in the past 3 hours

Spot On Chain monitoring shows that wallet 0x011 (possibly @ambergroup_io) has extracted 1.08 million SAFE tokens (worth 2.37 million USD) from CEX in the past 3 hours. Since April 27th, Amber Group has extracted 5.19 million SAFE tokens (worth 11.09 million USD) at an average price of $2.135 from Bybit and Gate.io.
